nah not fuel rails. items like the coils if there any good few people have said they want the collies but dont want to risk waiting if they claimed now and bought them of ebay later it would give them another 40 days of peace of mind knowing they can claim back. its just an idea for those unsure what they want todo personaly id be claiming straight away if i could.

its also somewhat of a dick move but they already paid for these products so they will most likely end up on ebay so you could claim your paypal and then try snipe them cheaper of ebay when the arrive

one thing that seems a grey area on the forged 5es is the oil pressure release valve some seem to say they modify it and others dont touch it whos done what and how manys miles/power are they running any issues? cheers s haun

am sure there is i had plenty of good buys from them. then first issue i had i just got stalled and stalled and stalled till phil steped in and sent me my money issue is we are talking what i reakon is easily 10s of thousands of pounds with of product now. i honestly reakon there just fucked themself and have no option but todo a runner. on a side note ive seen ryan lang read this thread a few times since these posts went up id be intrested to see what the option of a mod/cj performance staff has to say on the situation

i fully understand theres nothing you the admin can do to to get peoples money back. when i had an issue with them i got excuse after excuse why they couldnt send the money i spoke to phil for advise and he went out his way to speak to them and i had my money back with in 5mins i realy respect him for that ive been a mod on a few gaming sites and i understand it is very time consuming and its only the passion for the forum topic that drives you todo it. but i do think some more clarity on whats being done behind the scenes in terms of trader policy would be nice when the member's for sales rules changed i posted up about the trader rules and was advised a thread would be put up about it later also seen a few people ask for the trader rules to be post in a public place so people can be aware of what rules should be being followed. at the end of the day your right people will slag you for not doing you job when at the end of the day its not your job your job is to moderate the forum in a way which you find fitting with the club reputation. which isnt fair at all since you are doing this for your passion not profit. of course you guys are talking about the best way to avoid this happening again but i think some clarity on exactly what you guys are doing would go along way. you have thousands of members that could help think of good rules that suits the traders. but we cant help because because we dont no the rules to start? socks first post says we should advise you if any traders are breaking rules but how can we dont no them? this thread is titled where we stand... and socks gives the stance of cj performance and ukso and as he put in the first post If you have any questions or suggestions please feel free to post in this topic... am sure this will get hidden which is a shame cause the admin/mods have done nothing wrong but are in a shit situation trying to make the best of it. but it's interesting how some mods camped this thread hiding any comments they didnt like saying its for the good of the people that have been stung but now these people are speaking up there choosing not to comment on the thread at all. look at the amount of products cj performance has outstanding currently and look at the total product value on that. it baffles me how they are actualy ment to pay people back with in any reasonable time period baring in mind they have a family to look after there number one priority is paying for that. baring in mind they cant even refund everyone involved in some of there cheapest group buys. the whole admin team is in a lose lose situation i doubt any will admit it publicly but those with a financial mind can surely work out just how hard it would be for cj performance to sort out this mess.In my option with this situation they should have straight away looked over the trader rules. bring in a rule a trader cant sell a product the cant deliver with in say 30 days to give a reasonable grace period for any quality issues once the product has arrived yet still giving the protection of paypal. showing they are aware an issue has occured but as they have stated on a few occasions they simply didnt no of this issue until it was posted public. if someone does hide/delete this id be interested to see if you would fire me a pm with the reason why
