EP91 Glanza for me (Silver)

I use Fuchs 75/90 race something, with a Quaife LSD, 2L will do it, expensive stuff so wouldn't fork out for 3l when they only take 1,9l
If you have a clutch type LSD then I'd be looking into a specific oil for them, ive found the Red Line MT works well with the cusco 2 way clutch type

If you struggle to get some injectors give me a shout

Cant fault my Apexi AVCR
Might be for sale soon, depends what I'm going to use with my AEM Stand alone management

Slider guage under the lobe of the camshaft? It has been a little tappy for a while, but with it being stood for a few years I've never checked that over. Also maybe worth noting is that the car has got a bit of white smoke coming from the exhaust both on idle and revs, wether this maybe condensation in the exhause or possible head gasket failure and that could be causing a tapping noise, like what was decribed in a topic I've read on here
I'd have guessed it would be condensation from the exhaust, but you wouldn't know till everything got right up to temp.
Yeah check the clearances with a feeler gauge.
Can't remember off hand what they are, but they are different for exhaust and inlet

To me the car felt a lot 'lighter' to drive, I like mine

Well done dude, awesome build!

About 12/13k at a guess! But I'm proud of what I've done, and hopefully can get some decent results next year to back it up (Toyota Sprint Series)
-
First thing if be doing is removing the rocker cover and checking the valve clearances

I dont see why you have invested in a forged engine and gone for a td04. Id rather spend that money on a standalone and a proper turbo. Emanage blue is shit. If you go forged pls go standalone. Just having DIS would make a big enough difference. I recon if u had a standalone u would see around 300 on a td04.
I'm forged and Td04 suits my needs for track/sprint use, yeah I could go out and whack a gt30 etc on there but I wouldn't be half as quick round the track. Not all about getting the biggest figures.
And at least he can only upgrade from here, and got the engine to cope already.

I'd say 175+
My Glanza when it was running similar spec made 162hp @.75bar but I didn't have a plug and play ecu like you have. That will see you some good gains

So this must be the 60th one that I'm supposed to be attending, there's that many going on I'll prob not be going to any
-
As above, check IVC on the left of the inlet manifold. This is used to control the vac leak on idle, so it would make sense why you only hear it when at idle

Got one here, £35 + postage
PM me if that's any good

Mine slaps from cold. Wiseco pistons and about 5k miles on the engine with no trouble. Gets hard track use.
-
If you want a diff you can fit and forget, I'd go with the Quaife.
If you don't mind abit of clunking, I'd go for a cusco
