  3. Hii, Ive got an GReddy Ultimate ready for my setup, but before I go about wiring it all in, is there any way I can test it to make sure it works? Like send it in to someone that deals with them etc? Cheers, Jamie
  4. Another question, that looks like it would be very close to the ground? Jamie
  5. PLeaseee get this going someone!
  6. I agreeee!
  7. Would that extra 1L of oil just be up in the oil cooler though, rather than being in the sump so making no difference? I could be wrong though, I also want to look into a baffled sump as I starved a bearing of oil on my old engine causing it to spin a shell. That was on a long sweeping corner :/ jamie
  8. Woooo, glad she's soon to be back on the road! Any news on the injectors? Jamie
  9. Sweeeet, would love to do that!
  10. Sure looks it, cant wait to get her on! Cheers dude, yup I cant wait! Hahaa, yeah I did I haven't got the money, I'm -£4.59 now :/ lol Yeah, I went out in my mates the other day at 1bar and that was awesome! Update: My thermostat housing appears to be leaking slightly again, not much but still going to sort that tonight. Got some sealant off my mate, it's 'Nissans' genuine stuff, he says if that doesn't sort it, nothing will. Going to check that its not warped slightly or something and not sitting flush. Oh, and the standard spring clips on the rad hoses etc are getting scrapped too as one of them seem to be letting water by slightly. Knew I should have changed them for jubilee clips when I rebuilt it lol. All good fun! Jamie
  11. Right, well I've just done over the 500mile mark on the engine, along with the last running in oil change! Look what turned up the other day! RaceTech Manifold (To suit Civic rad) Reconditioned TD04 Turbo TIAL 38mm Wastegate The kit Soo, its another 500miles of running in, then fit the TD04 kit, then get it mapped up! Jamie
  12. Cheers, it's getting there! Cheers pal! Jamie
  13. Cheers! Yeah I can't wait to get the td04 set-up on! Jamie
  14. Well, there's no more leaks! And she's running well. 180 miles out of 1000 miles running in done. Jamie
  15. Few jobs done today, first off, sprayed the front mount black; Whilst that was drying.. We finished the engine! Fired up nice and easy, We just had to adjust the idle and ignition timing and its about there, one problem we found after we took it for a run was the thermostat housing was leaking water. So I've just been took it off, gave it a good clean (and the block) re-sealed it with gasket sealant and fingers crossed its sealed for tomorrow morning (JapFest 2). Soo, tomorrow morning I have a bumper to fit, wash it, etc etc! I'm off to bed! Jamie
  16. Cheers man, Ahh I couldn't tell you now, the block with crank, rods and pistons was built up a while back now and I just went with the info given with the pistons if I remember right. Jamie
  17. Shocking isn't the word!
  18. Yeah I'll try my best! It's just rolled past mid night, but I'm going back into the shed to paint the rocker cover!
  19. Right then, we got the head all shimmed up correctly a few days ago, and built the rest of the engine up. Yeah, ignore the colour of the rocker cover, still haven't decided on the colour! Well, my clutch was taking longer than expected to come, so we temp mounted the block into the car on Wednesday night and filed the inlet manifold gasket out to compensate for the Stage2 Head. Thursday the clutch still hadn't arrived, so we fitted the inlet along with all most of the electrics and injectors etc. (Yeah still haven't painted the rocker cover :/ ) , Today (Friday) I had 2 nice parcels come through the door! The first being my new ACT 6 Paddle clutch The next was a parcel from Addz! -Prosport Stepper Gauge - Oil Pressure -Prosport Stepper Gauge - Oil Temp -AEM Wideband Oil sandwich plate and sensors EP91 Civic Rad mounting kit! Soo, tonight we went about fitting the clutch and box! Forgot to take pics after the box etc etc was fitted.. When I'm back from work tomorrow we'll get the rest of the bits and bobs on, and hopefully fire her up - As long as my oil turns up which I ordered on Monday!! So, fingers crossed I can drive her to JapFest nice and slowly on Sunday! Jamie
  20. If its anything like when my mate changed his Accord Vtec form Auto to Manual it ran like a sack of shit, still sorting it out fully now (6months on). But that's due the the electrics on them being so different for the auto and manual. Looks an easier job on the Glanza though. Jamie
