The one on second nipple runa into that hard piping then off that into a inlet nipple on top of the inlet a small diameter one. Could u get some pics? -
I agree. Just did mine and was a massive ballache. If it wasnt for my amazingly good engineer and mechanic of a dad i would of been fucked. Lol

When you say nipple on actuator that goes to turbo is that the one closest to the front of the car? And the other one just leave running to the solid vacuum pipe bit on cambelt cover then into inlet mani? -
To plug into ecu mate and new dials and indicator stalks.

Will need exhaust too. And have to modify indicatot stalk bracket or cut yours off and weld on glanza bracket which is what ive done. Just buy a glanza wayyyy easier l

Ive got a feeling my vac lines are wrong. Got 2 from inlet manifold blocked. One coming from hks dv to inlet and one from turbo to inlet? If someome could post some pics up that would be great. Ive got feck all boost... maybe because of this? More likely me using instant gasket on hotpipe lol.

Done! All temp problems were caused by faulty thermostat. Changed that. Bridged ac and changed map sensor! No eml. No limp mode. Running a little warm still. Juat over half way. Maybe becauae Im using my na rad?. But now i have a big boost leak! Only one turbo light comes on. Think its because we put instant gasket on hotpipe flange?

Yeah bad times! I think Ive disconnected the spade connector that controls fan. Because when it was connected the fan would be on all the time? Engine is fine as i got home and stopped. Need to get map sensor as Im using na one. Whicb would Probs explain ljmp mode eml and overfueling? If you could get a pic up of temp sensor area of loom and what goes where that would be great. Loom i used is in bad nic in that area. With no plugs just spades except lamda temp one. Thanks for all the help! Should just pop to bristol and help -
Long story short Ive done 4efte conversion. Took ages lol. Went to drive back home from my dads. Engine management light came on. It was in limp mode. Then overheated in minutes and coolant bottle exploded. I think limp mode is caused by not having map sensor o it and using an n/a one? And overheated from not running on tickover with cap off to get rid of air locks? Also had to unplug one temp sensor because fan would be on as soon as it was started. What should i do? Would be helpful if someone could post pics of temp sensor area of loom as my loom has spade connectors for all plugs in th

So i tryed to drive home. Noise was gone and smoke was just overfueling. Well engine management ligbt came on. Was in limp mode and then overheated and the coolant bottle exploded. Fuck think the overheating was caused by an airlock as i didnt run it on tickover with cap off . Proper gutted and dont know where to start. Also the wiring for lambda and temp sensor area is a mess.. the loom i used was a right mess with spade connectors on that region of the loom. Help people -
Need header tank that goes by battery as i have relocated air filter. Pm me......

Ok. Will do a compression test first on Monday. Then go from there. In the meantime i have to drive a saxo.. gutted but a cheap runaround and easy to sell on when my starlet is sorted. -

Smokes most when i rev it. Brand new oil in there before i started it. Engine had no oil in before i put it in. And noise is still there. Sounds like a diesel. Defo running on 4 cylinders. -

Inlet hoses are fine. The white smoke stinks. Just like my dads rover v8 in his ac cobra kit car and his piston rings seized. God knows whats wrong. Feel proper deflated now and struggling to even find a rounaround car for the meantime. -
After a cheap runaround car as my engine is nackered. Must be cheap to insure. And be near bristol! Pm or text me 07766001349
