its just a universal backbox 4'' so i think it should fit flush but what if the exhaust is pointing down and not strait?

I have a glanza rear bumper on my sr and i need to fit a backbox. is this a simple job or do i need to get another bit of exhaust so i come down flush with the bumper .. ?
