where you unplug it you put a piece of wire in the side that goes into the loom ill show you saturday mate

a fuse in the end or bit of wire so it bridges the connection mate simples

depends what time your doing it mate as ive got work at 4pm saturday if your starting in the morning ill pop down you should un tie that vac and put a bolt in it mate any idea why there is a plug not going to anything by your oil filler cap surely that should be connected to something lol

im running 0.7 low 1 high and 1.2 scramble lol i wanna have a look see what you have do you drive you work ill pop down one lunch and have a ganders in the week

Block 1 off its the vac for the bov so wont be needed also block 2 or get rid of it its up to you mine is blocked so i can run low boost with my boost controller 3 not sure of

I too took mine right out still chattered hence thinking the spring is way to hard for my application but saying that I chatter 24/7 at the moment as not running a bov at all lol

It's got to be the springs I may get one of the weaker springs some time see what happens

If your gonna change your many go to Toyota and get a new head to Mani gasket cost me £16/£18 can't quite remember need to go get another one for when I fit the td04

It always seams to work like this you get it the way you want it. Then something goes wrong hope you get it sorted mate

i had my screw right out and it still chattered so makes me think its the spring you can get weaker springs from blitz uk

this is how mine was set up before i took it off used to be one vac pipe til i got my boost controller mine chattered but im sure thats down to the spring having to much tension in it

that would explain sooooo much mine used to chatter alot but i always though it was cause the spring inside is to strong if hes got rid of his A/C use the one theat used to be for that on the inlet mani
