    No I haven't checked anything yet yeah I have a boost gauge it holds a bar no probs and dosen't drop

    Ok so my Glanza's throttle response seams to be very poor at the moment anyone have any idea on what it could be it takes ages for it to pick up of the mark any help would be much thanked cheers nick

    I'm glad you said about the exhaust mount I'd have ended up doing the same hope I feel a difference from fitting it :-D

    this is a stupid question but which way would i need to ajust it to shift my rear beam to the right place i will be getting it all tracked ect at a garage soon but just wanted to no really out of curiosity cheers nick

    once my car is warm mine is just over half way on the temp gauge

    maybe head gasket? was the car smoking ? did you check the oil cap for sludge ? or press the top rad hose to see if it was solid ? could be as simple as a fooked thermo but they usely make it run with the neddle at the bottem when you say above normal do you mean redline ie over heating ??
