    I've just done this a few weeks ago and removed all the old head bolts using the correct sequence and then replaced with ARP bolts re-tightening using ARP's grease and instructions. As soon as I started the car the headgasket leaked straight away at the front, crank pulley side. As soon as I replaced the gasket like for like no more leaks. The block and head were both skimmed and checked by my local machine shop when the original gasket was fitted. So I'd recommend a new gasket to be honest. It'll save you time and grief.

    It will also need finishing cleaning as I've started but not finished it. I've also refurbed the cable bracket and clutch fork and repainted them.

    I've got one that is in good condition but it's not an LSD box, it needs a new drive shaft seal but I've got a brand new Toyota one that you can have with it. I've just removed from my car and put the N/A box back as I'm about to sell the car. I'm based in Barnsley in South Yorkshire. I'm looking for £150.

    I'm not sure what problems other people have had with EMB's but I've had mine three years, first just mapped on my N/A and then when I turbo'd it I had it re-mapped. The first time Tunning Developements did it the second time Race-Tech. It runs a 178bhp and I've never had any issues with the EMB. I'm not saying everyone will have no issues. But mines been good and I don't feel was silly expensive.

    Item For Sale: N/A EP91 Drivers Side and Passengers Side Wings in 040 White. Both have been in dry storage for a few years but only have a few blemishes in the paint, no dents, dings or rust. One has the rubbing strip removed but I will include it in the sale in case anyone wants to put it back on. I also reserve the right to remove this at anytime as I also have advertised elsewhere.
