I'd be for the rainsports as well the girlfriend has them on her altezza and there a fantastic tyre plus camskill do a good price i think well there €130 a tyre here in ireland there doing them for €56 that was for 18's tho plus they lasted a long time. she doesn't do any messing with the car and i think the back tyres lasted 2 years and the front are still perfect so they wear good

Ya I delighted with it now to be honest. I had a problem with the intake manifold I got from wepr apparently my head has a water port and I didn't know this when ordering the intake so I had the get it sorted so it covers the hole properly and doesn't leak.

at the moment the fans are being wired up to the ecu and a wideband lamda is being set up it could be another few weeks before shes on the road

I'm just glad to see some progress

Some of you may remember me or may be not.

But a few months ago I put a post up about maybe breaking my car as it wasn't getting finished as fast as I would like.

Well I few days ago while lying in bed about to go to sleep I get two videos sent to me out of nowhere

The first video is the first time the car has been started in 4 years and was running on a totally different setup, its now running on a full stand alone mega squirt ecu.

The second video is just the computer mega squirt software.

The feeling is similar to a father holding his new born child

Cheers for the replies it maybe an option to look into im planning to have over 400hp in my starlet i'd imagine it would be a cheaper option then a dog box if money was no option i'd have that in the morning

I had one in my car for awhile was a very short ratio now it was savage going from 30 to 100 but driving it everyday was a it of a pain in 5th cruising at 60 im sure the revs were up over 3500 rpm

Has anybody tried using these I heard they will take 500hp. Im hoping my car should be finished in a few weeks I should be seeing over 400hp I cant see me being able to keep a gearbox in it more than an hr i'd say seeing as I havent driven the car in four years.

If anyone has done it how hard is it to get in there and rough cost of switching it over?

Has anybody out there in starlet land got an injector harness for an emanage blue I have a buddy here in cork that needs one badly he has a wedding coming up and needs the car to be ready for it any help would be extremely appreciated

This is a stock gt28 garrett 63 house, modified to fit the gt30 wheel. Running 2,1 bar =30 psi

Excellent Ive a gtx2863 on my car and i was hoping to break 400hp my tuner is planing on running it at 2.2 bar so it looks like I should make it.

Is it 95ron fuel your car is running or e85?

What boost were you running to make the 412hp?

I've seen this pop up a few times on facebook the thing is mint I think

Hahaha this is a cool post, I think my most common fault is forgeting to put the oil cap back on and driving fairly flat out for about 5 or 6 miles. I'm using common in that sentence because it may of happened again

I'm kinda in the same boat as you mate. My car has been off the road over two years now in a garage 80 miles away I know what ya mean about the stress of it. I'm in two minds about mine as well weather to break it or not I got to see it the other day and the fella that has it is after doing a bit of work on it so I'm kinda excited again I think you should stick with it there a fun car and its funny when you piss all over faster cars

I bought mine off 034 motorsport in california I think they were cheapest I could find plus at the time they had the back housing I wanted for my turbo they also reduced the price on the invoice so I wouldn't get caught for import tax and duty

I didnt think cit take in road cars I thought it was just rally cars they do, as for wcp had a very bad experience there before so i wont be going back there

Ya im living in cork Ireland im willing to bring the car anywhere in the uk as long as i get a reliable car thats not going to melt pistons or bend rods when the boot is put down.

I did get a txt today from the fella that has the car asking me to come down on monday so we'll see how that goes i'll have a better idea where i stand with it
