On the top of the throttle body there should be a little black plastic cap (if it's still there) underneath that is the idle screw. Other than that I'd try having a look at your throttle cable (if you haven't already) with changing the mani you may have it too tight.

What he said I won't run anything else they're cheap and they're seriously sticky your not bothered about wear and price which if you are then I recommend a nice set of ling longs and not bothered about the wet because let's face it your not going to start beasting your car when it's pissing down then go for it you won't look back

Yeah it's a freshly rebuilt OEM lsd gearbox with shafts and mounts I will get some pictures tonight and advertise it once I've picked it up from the garage
