right, havent updated here for a while, as a lot has happened tbh, im currently in the middle of trying to start my own business, and also trying to work out what to do with shell i have, as i have recently bought a fully forged toms kitted ep82, now do i use the shell or do i just put everything im getting built for me in the current car? i will upload some pics in a bit, when im on my phone, whats peoples suggestions, im heading towards getting rid of the shell and using the one i have just bought jake

in theory it should because thought its classed as exhaust leak, it doesnt actually leak, so there is no reason for failure

Just taken the passanger side apart and they are different the bolt bracket ia ib a different place

Hey guys. Right my ep82 window got smashed. Reason does not concern. I had another window in my other ep82 shell. So i went to change it. And the bolt holes didnt line up. Now the window that got smashed has a manual mechanism. And the spare window was on a electric mechanism. I have even bought another, window from a manual and it still dont line up. Am i being dumb or am i missing something really obvious

yeah man, i had a window from an electric motor and the bolt holes where completly in the wrong place

Ok so i found a manual and this is how ita telling me to do it

Hmmmm. It worked on the actuator. Low was. 8 and high was 1.1. Only thing i cant see. Where does it vent from

Basically i have now routed the top port from the wastegate to the in port on my solenoid and my out port is venting

Ok just been out. Disconnected vac lines and ran it from the turbo to the top of ewg. Still exactly the same. Boosting up to about 1.9 bar. Anymore ideas

Well at the minute. I have lowered every dial to its lowest i may as well just not have a boost controller lol. Will go have a play in a min

Hey guys. I have just fitted a tial external wastegate today. And for some reason ita not opening. I have been told it has a 0.8 spring in it. But its nearly boosting to 1.9 bar. So at the minute. Im staying out the boost range. I have switched my boost controller to externak wastegate. And all the vacum pipes are on the right way. Anybody have any idea
