As well as intake mani Standard cams Top mounted zisco kit Td05 16g External wastegate 1.6 bar or boost Etc Just dont understand why it wont rev properly

If its single wire. Can get one from euros for about 30 quid. Bosch aswell

hey guys ok so having a few problems with the car, fully forged ep82 so went for mapping, turbo was to big blah blah blah went back for mapping on a td05 16g, now it builds boost fine, and gets there fine, but the car will only rev to 6500 also with a little misfire, now i have another coil to try, and also some msd ignition stuff that im gonna put there any way. but what i can work out is if i do a half throttle pull, it will rev higher than 6500. and it has only made 230bhp on a emu. now surely i should be anywhere or above of 300bhp plus. if anyone has any ideas what this can be, would be great, i have checked timing when the cams open and close i have even had a engine builder check the cams timing etc im pulling my hair out, and mapping is starting to hurt my pocket jake

its launch control, what revs does the rev gauge jump at, its perfectly fine, it should also build a little boost

I would happily swap this for a lsd. And maybe some cash if needed either way doesnt matter

lambdas are a servicable item on these cars, and also, give the car a good fast high rev drive before the test, as the cat will only work correctly at high temps

I have done a fair bit to it. Top mounted td05 hybrid turbo kit. Modded the front end. Completely poly bushed. All nrw suspension up front.. Im just waiting to gathet some funds then get it mapped.
