changed auto to manu then set down and gain down , more in depth then that but yeh settings were all too shit basically but sorted now so happy

checked all the vac pipes again and there all fine tightened up the intercooler clamps , one broke so just had get another one , ive had the car a little over a year mate but think the boost controller has been on a few years spray wd 40 in the actual solenoid ports? might try just running it on wastegate spring like you said

How cheap have you been offered them if you dont mind me asking mate ? they do come up cheap i picked up my set for £280 if there cheap enough get them , i got them in my 270bhp daily

try dropping the gain down ? few people on other forums runnning 5-15 gain ?

There you go bud ive always used ch1 and just made sure its still on ch1

ok then im using external wastegate bud .7 bar spring , my ebc does get to 1.2 bar in the end its just it slows off :/ ill take a pic of my settings on my ebc and post them up now

so fiddling with the actual boost pressure wont make it go up and down ? like ive got mine set to 1.2 bar ? its the actual gain and set what make it go up and down :/ thought these things were meant for an easy life to change boost level's with switch of a button lol ill see how i get on with that mate
