lakeside has a police enforced dispersal order on it now so if caught racing you will walk away with a bit more than a slapped wrist

just wanted to add I saw for myself on the main database that it clearly states on 4e engines you can reuse toyota headbolts although personally I would never do this but just goes to show most of whats written is crap imo
-
im of the opinion that basically the 90 degree turn is so inaccurate its not worth doing your better off with 3 stages of torque 20-40-60nm that way you have the luxury of being able to accuratly check the torque of your headbolts after a period of time which is totally impossible with the very vague 90 degree turn just my 2p on the subject im sure this will open a can of worms for many members but this information is from personal experience with stock bolts and arp's but as for stretch bolts that I cant answer as ive only heard thats what they are
-
cheers mikey, nope im rocking stock bolts now, torqued down to 60nm none of that 90 degree turn shite, Stock bolts FTW !! yeah should see me about a bit more at the weekends again now drop me a text if u hear about any local meets etc

as above upgrade for na inlet http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/toyota-starlet-COROLLA-GLANZA-S-UPGRADE-10BHP-inlet-manifold-glanza-EP91-4EFE-/111321980733?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item19eb4e9f3d

no mate it is most definitely time for boost..............
-
had problems with ARP's not making the recommended torque setting before snapping, IMO not worth the money. torque setting for ARP's is 80nm and Toyota recommend 45nm on stock bolts a huge difference so 60nm is a happy medium for a forged engine running big boost. stock bolts torqued up in 3 stages of 20-40-60nm (no very inaccurate 90 degree turn lol)
