You spin the turbo with your finger ? if you mean the crack round the wastegate every ct9 cracks in the same area..I'd say your issue is your actuator and your manifold you should definitely not be able to move your actuator with your finger

I think so I'd just pop a breather filter on until you get your rocker made into a so called race spec and remove your pcv valve I'd say your current set up would be quite restrictive certainly no better than standard

That catch can set up is absolutely pointless take it all off and just put a breather filter on
