  2. Cheers for the help boys i appreciate it! Proper paniced for half hour there lol, fucking hate cooling problems they scare me lol. Oh really!? There are a couple of un plugged, plugs flapping around the engine bay, ill check them tmos when it's light. Maybe someone has unplugged one and didn't put it back accidently.
  3. Nope it's the bit on the right of the picture that isn't circled or labelled. Got it done now i think tho! Fans come in but temp gauge sits on cold 24/7 unless she over heats, it's always been like that. Think i might get a sensor and after market temp gauge for reference just to keep my eye on!
  4. Sheesh er, i literally have NO idea about wireing man
  5. Only popped off the plug on the thermo housing in order to take the housing off fully. What should i do exactly tho cause i didn't take any earths off? Just wiggle them a bit or what lol? ;s
  6. I have an earthing kit and did wiggle some about a bit to get to the boost pipe and other areas... So what should i do? Check all earths are tight (altho i didn't undo any)? :s.. I tried to clean the plug on the thermo housing best i could with the space available.
  7. HELP!!!! Just changed the thermostat on the car, went to start her up with the heaters on full as you do to clear the bubbles yada yada... And as soon as i put the ignition on the heat temp went to and over hot IMEDIATELY!! Car hadn't even been started, so started the car and the heat guage was flickering a little bit (not much tho), but didn't budge from hot, turned the car off and re set the ecu, tried to clean out the temp plug on the termo housing and tried the ignition again and went to hot straight away again!! Help me peeeeepz.
  8. Just had someone on facebook trying to convince me that this is a racetech made downpipe. Fucking hell man, this kid is a noob. Keeps telling me that it's been re welded by racetech!! WTF i'm 110% sure it's not ffs. Jeeeeees some people!
  9. I'll upload the vid to youtube then put it on here today mate!
  10. If anyone wants to add me on fb there's a couple of vids on there already. Rob Ebbs
  11. Yeah? What was you talking about haha? Being nosey
  12. Exactly man haha. Mine is spot on, couldn't ask for anything more! Cheers lads.
  13. It doesn't blow off idle, it's spot on. Only time you can hear it is when you first start it up and everything comes rushing out, once everything is flowing right it's fine and doesn't blow. Basically if you've ever seen the inside of one you'd know that there is a barrier separating the screamer from the exhaust. The tighter that seal is to the turbo housing when you put it on the less chance of blowing there will be. And i won't like, it's fucking spot on, when i put it on i wondered why it was so tight!! Then i realised it was because of the seal/barrier bit being so close to the turbo hou
  14. Hello all, just wanted to share my new shiney shiney with everyone on here as i 100% think it's worth a look! Basically, the story goes, i noticed just after i td04'd my car that screamer/downpipe combo's are available for the ct9 turbos, but nothing for the td04 unless externally gated. Still to this day i ask my self why. So anyway, i got sent to Dean at RW who i'm sure everyone knows or has heard of. Explained my situation to him, and to my amazment he agree'd to take the project up. So on the monday i sent it off for next day delivery, it arrived at his on tuesday and he set to work unti
  15. Haha ok man! Will have a crack at it tmos, being lazy as fuck today lol.
  16. Thanks chaps! I'll throw some pics of my ecu up when i go outside later on! And no i dont have a fucking clue how to hahaha. It never used to do it, i duno if its cause of the nice cold winter air we're getting now but my boost is set to 0.8bar but spiking to 0.91 is the highest reading i've had then the light pops on.
