Hmmmm I've always been told and we have always tested like I said im almost sure that vosa dont care if it has the UK equivalent, look on the vts device im sure it states that after a caertain dat it has to have a cat and if its supposed to be there and isn't it can fail for not having one even if it passes emissions
My impression is that this is true, but the date for imports is later than the date for UK models

Might come have a visit tonight if your not away and working on it mate!

Gonna aim to get all of this done by japfest and i dont believe it will be too hard, if anyone can source or already has any of those parts i will be looking to buy within the coming months so if anyone can sort me out that would be lovely
Sounds like some good plans! Been eyeing up rainsports myself if i can get them in my size, on rainexperts currently!

No big updates yet, eyeing up a few things!
For now just dewipered and got a shiny new plate on the back, bigger things soon, will get pictures eventually!

Wassup!! So actually giving this a little update for a change. Okay so been wanting a Glanza for ages, however due to money issues gonna probably leave that for next year! maybe, We shall see. I'm currently swaying towards buying a SR and doing that up (not glanza rep), and see how that goes!
Not long till japfest like 10 weeks now so gotta step me game up a bit, Hopefully not taking this fader, but who knows! ,
Anyway all I have done to this recently is clean up the bay a bit and fit my cup holders!, Only got pictures of doing the rocker cover! in which i didn't even take it off lol, done it all in situe. However it actually looks alright! , Got some plans to do some stuff on the weekend, such as a little more tidy up and probably sort my struts out as there round the wrong way!. Fit boot struts and maybe paint wheels black but we shall see what the weathers like!
Pic of how the girl sits atm, Repping the UKSO as it should!, Also taken centre caps off as prefer em without!
Pic of my Apexi air filter!, came on the car, with the air sensor thing attached aswell! bonus!, Any idea, these struts are round the wrong way arnt they? As there to close to the front of the vehicle?
And spraying the rocker cover, was a quick job and used rust not paint!
Comments and criticisms welcome!
I'm gonna have to bare this rocker painting method in mind...since I keep forgetting to buy a gasket and bolts so I can get around to it!

Springs are settling in nicely allready..
-
Picture update! got the springs on today after the ballache of stuck bolts and requiring a bit of help!
So plans atm; wait for the springs to settle and see how its sat, dewiper, debadge, destrip eventually, black stickers instead of white( and some general more black/blue matching), exhaust system of sorts depending what happens, need some new seats and need to do something to the front end
All to be done...eventually, I'm really happy with how the black/blue thing is turning out but the wheels could do with a repaint in a more glossy/sparkly colour and some bigger spacers!
-
Didn't get many as my hands were covered in grease and oil for the most part! I did get a couple though which I'll try upload and post soon!
Must say though, it still is a bit hesitant between 1.5k and 3k with a bit of a blip around 3250rpm but afterwards the power is much improved 4th gear is a beast now
Then go get some!
...and some videos to go with the 4th gear awesomeness!
-
It expensive to have that resprayed, or a resonable price? ,
Gonna look sweet when fitted!
It wasn't too bad, I got a few quotes from around here, one from someone with a great reputation but I'd of had a huge turnaround so went with the cheaper quote and quick turnaround, it came out good, a few blemishes in places where it doesnt matter and no one will ever notice Can't go wrong for the price and ultra quick turnaround i had
Here's the only picture I've got atm, its in the dark and not very viewable but for now its all I've got, will get some more later!

Cheers guys! Be nice to see people about more locally!
Looks like the exhaust will arrive today josh then just gotta work out how to fit!
I got a friend to help, cut the feet off the starlet rails, unbolt the feet off the evo rails, weld starlet feet onto evo runners, we positioned it by bolting the cut off starlet feet into the car and lining the seat up from there
