  1. Mine does too. Actually the problem started after I changed the thermostat base housing (for the turbo water feeds) as I had NA housing (without the turbo water feeds) for some reason. Could the turbo's heat soak make the sensor read too high value and cause the idle problem?

If the sensor were defective, it should cause the other problems too, shouldn't it?

  2. I just bought a new valve from Toyota last week and it cost 202 euros, so if the price is not a problem go ahead :-)

You can try to clean it without opening it, just spray cleaner inside so all the dirt comes out and then shake it dry.

  3. And remember all the extra fees they add, so the price might not be so cheap anymore.

    From Jauce.com:

When you win an auction, a nominal service fee of 800 yen + 8% per item is charged over the auction item's closing price.

    • Domestic delivery fee:
Only the actual domestic delivery fee is charged.
(No charge if the auction item is marked as "Free delivery")
    • Banking fee: 300yen per payment (flat fee)
If you pay for all of your auctions to the same seller at once, this fee is applied only once.
    • International delivery fee to send items to you
    • Depositing fee: 40yen + 3.9% over the deposit amount regardless the payment method.
  4. it doesnt look like a jam ecu from underneath...unless someones modified it to make it better. Any pics of the runners?

I guess you meant mani not ecu.. :p

The cross bar on the picture used to be on the level with the flange, but the collector area was smoothed/grinded by me, because it was in a bad shape. It could be a lot more flowing with more collector work done.

The manifold hasn't numbers on the first runner - stock manifold has.

Here is the picture of the third runner with no restriction:

  5. I was running Blitz with 1bar and fmic and the car felt very fast as the turbo spools so quickly. My current setup is Tong's GT spec with top mount and 0.7bar. The car is not as fast, but you can feel the difference, especially the pull is much better. I still have fitting issues with my fmic's hot pipe, but can't wait to get it on and wind up the boost to 1.2. :-P

Blitz's oil seals are gone, so it started leaking quite badly. I'm not decided yet if I will get it refurbed as these are rare items too.
