  5. Thanks guys yes, I would say 10-15% power gain which is quite great already when the kit triggers, you can add 3/5 degree on your ignition timing map AIT goes from 48/53°C without watermeth to 23/28°C with watermeth injection EGT goes down about 50°C less than fuel injection only. So it is not only more power, it is much cooler/safer setup to run it has never been dinoed. I do mapping on the road myself but has won quite few slalom and rally stage which should let think it has an efficient powerband. I would say around 190hp at 1 bar. 210 hp at 1.2 bar. the turbo compressor flowm
  6. Some of you might know my car from other forums&pages. I decided to copy my love story over here aswell October 2001 she arrived from Japan Engine was fully standard, just had Blitz air filter and stainless exhaust box. The car came with volks rays TE37 15' bronze wheels plus TRD coilovers 🆒 First mod has been news 3G brakediscs and Pagid fast road pads to help her in the slow down task. then after 3 years studying around. I learned quite few things and decided I was ready to move for more power. I finaly found a full front cut with uprated parts. CT12 hybrid Turbo, Stainl

  8. Slalom regulation requires a codriver in Mauritius Actualy there are some hidden corners. and the track can be confusing at some point. there are pilots who went wrong direction few times. Event with notes But you are right, it is not that necessary. It still help to get you more confident though
  9. GT2052 or GT2056 ;) WickedEP offers a brilliant FastSpool kit with those
  10. the one which is bouncy might have lost its oil. (or not be settup properly : too soft) the one which seems stuck might just be stuck and ready for garbage, or its dampening might be setup way too stiff. you can adjust dampening from the top of your shocks. you need a long allen key (which was included in the kit at first) D2 struts can be opened and fixed if problem is gone oil/broken gasket. but you need to find a place which know how to do it properly. Most poeple do not bother, and just change strut cadridge.
  11. I use 15*6.5 et35 ATM. next rims will be in same range as that's what is easily available over here. popular offset is et38 (but also can find et35 and et40), popular 15" width is 6.5" (sometime there are some 7", but this is not that easy to source over here in this size) you are using 330mm spacers ? I guess you meant 30mm, right ? I do rally and slaloms, so I really want to make sure I won't have negativ side effects :/
  12. for those wondering about scrub radius and SAI (steering axis inclinasion) Scrub radius is the result of camber, steering axis inclination (SAI) and rim offset (spacers affect rim offset).
  13. Hello there, I'd like to start a discussion about wheel spacers vs handeling on starlet chassi. I have done quite some read on other cars. there loads which can be find on porsche and bmw but those are RWD and obviously very different in many other aspects. there are few reason people would like to use wheel spacer : - wider stance to have more grip during cornering (due to less lateral weight transfer) - looks (having your wheel flush to arches) - leave room for big brake kit - reduced lateral load transfer the main downsides will be: - bearing wear - heavy steering due to exessive posit
