The god awful interior of my SR is (like most) in need of a little effort and plans involve the following: Momo (optional extra?) steering wheel Bride gear Gaitor Trd/Buddy club gear knob Trd carbon dial surround (green) ignition light Bride re-trim rear seats Bride re-trim door cards Long term would like a full darker Glanza interior and genuine Bride monsters......but for now these are the bits i've found I had an incident with an old woman who thought it would be a good idea to reverse off a roundabout without using her mirrors or turning her head. Had about 3 seconds to decide to go for the horn or try and reverse out of her way, long story short, i went for my horn (that i'd disconected earlier in the day while test fitting a cooling panel) and she hit me. Only doing about 5 miles an hour but i went into melt down......no damage but wasn't risking that happening again and bought these (cheers Socks!)

Managed to fit the C-Pillar bar without rear belts for now....but you get the gist Door bars off for powdercoating white next week and hopfully a quote to refurb the speedlines! I decided to keep the rocker nice and simple and because id spent so long getting it polished opted for a little splash of Kawasaki green!

Ok so a few up dates...... Beaver teeth and Glanza bum on! Been doing various little bits behind the scenes like getting the corrolla mani (that was poorly sprayed white) back to bare metal using a combination of Nitromores, wire whool, wet and dry....and swearing. Kind of like it raw metal but its already starting to tarnish, so got to decide on a colour? While i was trying to find a rear bumper someone would be willing to post down to the Island i had the blinding good fortune to meet a sound young nipper called Toby (TDog on here) who not only had a couple of ep's (one being a lovely white Glanza) he also lived on the Isle of Wight, worked for Toyota and...............had this in his shed! Custom straight through exhaust system.....needs a little bit of welding work to marry it up with the Hotshots manifold (+over due nuts and gaskets from Id-Workz) Also in with the same order is a rep TTE splitter....so watch this space!

^^pretty sure I have this now?^^ surplus to requirements for my build .....dunno if you'd be interested in it, on the IOW though?

When people talk about a refurb......how fucked can alloys be before they're beyond it or the price skyrockets? I've got 2 sets of speedlines, one way better than the others and I'd like to get the poor ones refurbished? 2 have been curbed so heavily there's not even any lip left!

My SR's on 144,000 miles (engine) had new clocks that read 68,000 odd miles, don't want to curse myself but it starts on the button every time even when it's been sat under a pile of snow for a week! Pretty sure it's nowhere near the bhp it left the factory with....but low mile doner engine sat in the shed for when she goes pop!

I'm in exactly the same boat mate.....but got pretty much everything together for my build, just got to get it all on the car! Really want boost though 😉

Oh my god man that's harsh! I like the fact you still refer to him as "a mate" lol, I'd have flipped my fuckin wig!!!! On a brighter note there is a white SR on gumtree for under £700! Every cloud?

That's what I was gonna do....prize the little bugger off! I'm going rep too mate....is the ID workz one a direct mould do you know? And I'm guessing it comes plain.....white (or more cream)?

A sticker just won't quite cut it.....gotta be the 3D jobby! Ill give my local toyota dealer a try but I don't hold out much hope! Almost went down the butcher up an old tatty TTE spoiler route but thought I might get lynched if I ever admitted it!

Don't waste your money..... Engine transplant is the way forward. Don't think silly fast is too achievable with an n/a, have a look at Morgeys 4age build, think he's managed pretty good bhp in his transplanted n/a! I've gone corolla inlet, 4-2-1 manifold, straight through de-cat and induction on my SR, a few people have gone further but dunno if they'd say all the money and effort was worth it? JDM 4efe engine revs a bit higher I think and corolla brown injectors will help if you can find any! Not much gains have been proven though!

Mate of mine takes his 200sx to a place called Horsham Developments......not sure if its just Nissans they do though, might be worth a call?
