hi lads I've taken out the old radio and stared puttin in the new 1, i didnt have a harness so I've chopped off he plugs and soldered them together but i dont seem to be getting a live at the blue wire with yellow stripe and cant get the radio to work, all fuses seem ok, I've used grey(ignition) to Red , blue and yellow to yellow and black to black and radio wont power up

hi lads can you smash the insides of the 4efe out? mines starting to rattle and I've read you can smash them out and its like a semi decat

make one? all you need is a batter terminal , decent wire and some connectors mate

we will have to sort out a mini meet when the weathers a little better

What's involved in a b16 conversion? I assume it would be cheaper then the glanza lump

It's on chopped springs for now til I get my springs for Christmas and its nice to drive although the steering isn't as responsive as the vtr and the body rolls abit more but the starlet feels like a better quality car to drive if you get me

Last night I had my first proper drive in the starlet and I love my car, and it's quite nippy for a 1.3 , it is like first car love all over again! Ok so on this nice freezing cold morning I decided I'd give my engine bay a little clean and paint a few bits to freshen it up I forgot to take a before picture but here's the finished product. Notice my favourite tool on the scuttle panel
