Have people used just lowering springs on there n/a's and what mm, looking at some 35mm apex springs but wondering what they drive like etc on lowering springs... thanks guys

As above, better off with Tein springs as they're progressively wound. More expensive but worth it in the long run. If your shocks are no good it'll be a horrible ride.

Okay will have a look about, all shocks are fine just flew through an mot so will have a look!

I have apex springs and they are good road springs. Not too harsh and improve handling nicley, if you combine with a nice set of shocks then you will love it.

I'm hoping to get my Tein springs in this weekend, if the ride height is as the same as the red daily above I will be happy. Are they lowered 50mm rear and 57mm front?

Have you got a Panhard rod installed as well?
