Dieselhead123
Hello people, just joined your club. With our new workshop we have inherited a part renovated Starlet GT. The previous owner has done some work on the body shell, mostly now in primer. Most of the body kit is with the car, together with some spare parts including spare headlamps. The car does not have an engine or gearbox, seat are not with the car. Although our trade is vehicle restoration we are unlikely to complete this project and would like to offer it to fellow vehicle enthusiasts as an alternative to sending it to the 'masher'! We are in North Kent and would be happy to have members attend and inspect the car, it would be such a shame for the car and all those specialist parts to be lost, as vehicle renovators we appreciate the value of rare parts as I am sure you chaps do. I will include some pictures once I establish how to do this! We can be contacted on 07754 806004 TIM

richardc9052
Im sure that was for sale a few months ago for half nothing... advertised as shell with all parts included. Was that pastel green colour. looks like someones started to paint it then realised its not worth the hassle imo
Dieselhead123
Absolutely no idea where it came from mate, just a shame to send it to the 'masher' if it, or the parts from it might help others. Been looking on here for any more info about it to pass on to others. All the external body kit seems to be with it, I will get some more pictures of individual parts on Monday if it helps.Perhaps one of you knowledgeable people would like to come and have a look at what is there? Dieselhead123
I would gladly make a contribution to this forum, not only to satisfy 'sales rules', but because like other internet forums, this site has no doubt helped owners and enthusiasts alike and it would be nice to know that my contribution has helped to keep this site working Should a moderator send me a message together with the necessary instructions I will happily comply But where in my posts have I said this is for 'sale'? I have saved this from the 'masher' because I believe that this car, or parts of it, may have a 'value' to you enthusiasts far greater than I would put on it. How many of us, you do need to have been born in the 60's to appreciate this, have 'thrown away' vehicle parts that have now become 'rare' or 'sought after'?I am sure that this car, and parts of it, have a 'value', if only because of their rarity, so let me know what you need people as the #masher' awaits TIM
