Matthewep91v
Hi guys and girls Just wanted some advise on how I would go about feeding my screamer pipe back into my exhaust. As the car is used as a daily the screamer is just starting to get alittle bit annoying. I run a buddy club spec 2 exhaust and that is way loud enough so the screamer just pushes it over the top.I have a TD04 WEPR ham horn kit on my 1996 ep91 glanza v.Any advice would be appreciated Cheers
Starlet__SR
You will lose power by rerouting it back into the exhaust. You'd need a custom screamer pipe to go from the wastegate, then either welding or flanging onto the downpipe.

Matthewep91v
Damn was hoping it would of been a bit simpler than that
Starlet__SR
Sacha might be able to supply a new screamer and decat. Either that or get somewhere local to fabricate something. Frankly its more hassle than its worth. My advice is man up and live with it lol.
Matthewep91v
Hahahahaha Lovely advice My other reason is the police love it too hahaha
Ollieh17
With a large exhaust id wager it would make barely any difference to power. Not for a starlet but i have an arrangment that makes it easy to switch between external vented and reroutedMiddle section is removable then a blank fitted onto the downpipe. Be easier to buy a rerouted screamer pipe and decat from WEPR outright. Rather than sending yours over to be modified. At least then you can switch between setups.
