Johnny
Right guys, been talking to guys at ME Motorsport about making a plug and play ECU for starlets EP82 and Ep91, and they have now agreed to start developing one.It will be a standalone ECU that will purely, just be plug and play.It can come with pre-maps,and extras such as launch control, anti lag etc.Software is also available,so you can tweek your own maps, download etc.Of course nothing is essentially 'plug and play' as every car is different. So will need fine tuning on a rolling road just like any ECU.I have the ECU on my mx5. With a GT2560R at 7psi on a 1.8 made 250bhp.This ECU has become very very popular with mx5's.Even my friend made a comment of how nice bit of kit it is.I know they have branched out and now doing ECU's for other cars. Including BMWs and Common Renaults Clios. Here is their website.https://motorsport-electronics.co.uk/Now i have spoken to Matt and want to gauge how much interest people would be for this on thier starlets? It would cost around £650. Mapable with many different tuners, and easy to use.Full standalone system,so better than Greddy blue and Emanage ultimate that we all use.I am taking up my Ep82 up there this week so they can start developing the ECU. I believe he does need an EP91 aswel for the same purpose.Would many others been interested in this NEW ECU? CheersJohnny

Stu
Ive got one of these if you need one, so you can wire any aftermarket ecu into a EP91.
karl.
Did you make this up or buy it Stu?
Stu
These EP91 boards were made by a guy here in NZ around 2004, i just happened to have a few of them left over and this is the last one. I had a small batch of EP82 ones made up years ago but most of my customers run full custom looms to take use of all the features of their ecu's rather than use the boards so I never bothered doing another run of them.
