Hey everyone, I've picked up a starlet sr and I've found the caliper to be binding. May aswell upgrade so are glanza calipers a worth while uograde? Or something else better?

Na calipers are the same as glanza ones, but you can use the glanza caliper carriers to run glanza discs. If you use decent pads it's definitely worth doing.

Damn so I'd still have to replace my calipers for a standard one then? And then glanza carriers with discs and pads?

What's the difference in disk size?

Okey doke, trying to keep costs to a minimum cause I've only had it a week and splurged 400 qyid on a 4efte clutch and lightweight flywheel lol

Oh yeah, brand new from tuning developments :)

Am I right in saying that starlets with only a caliper and no carrier have 238mm brakes but ones with a carrier and calipers are 254mm? I think I recall reading that on here somewhere.

If that's correct then I may already have 254mm just really shit calipers lol

I have a 2 sets of calipers based in the Rhondda mate, happy to give you a pair if you can collect.

I have some great discs and pads for sale in the section

I'll probably have those off you if I can find glanza carriers :) they're the 258mm discs I assume?
