Cracked wepr screamer

Just wonder is anyone else having this problem I've seen 3 or 4 now all cracked in the same place I'm not having a dig at wepr or anything but has anyone any idea why they are cracking don't seem to be much stress on the screamer other than heat obviously

Stress from high frequency vibration, maybe?

Hard to tell really, mine has a couple of small braces from flange to tube, has yours?

Possibly mate mine has no braces don't even think I could brace it to anything with the position it sits in I can't be arsed have to get it repaired all the time

Is it a real tight bend off the gate exhaust port?

IE does exhaust gas leave the gate immediately into 90deg bend?

I think so mate I'll fire a picture up when I'm home it's the same kit on every other car I've seen with a cracked screamer

Have a look inside and see if the welds penetrated dude, my mate re welded mine and it's been fine ever since

I'll have to get a look at it mate is that what was wrong with yours ? Strange that they all go in the same place

I didn't buy it mate came on a car I bought just thought it was a tad strange that so many have been cracking cant be arsed getting it welded all the time hopefully it's just a dodgy weld lo,e Dan has said
