Got my td04 water lines locally for £50 all in. If you source all the parts yourself it will probably be a bit cheaper. If anyone is making their own you will need the following...


2x m12x1.25 to an6 adaptors 
2x 45 degree an6 fittings.
An6 braided hose (length varies on different setups)
2x an6 hose end finishers. 

The an6 hose diameter is a touch smaller than the water pipes on the thermostat housing, dip the hose end in hot water for a few mins and they slide on without much force.

Can you let me know what I need to fabricate oil line and what’s your solution for oil return line 

Also what’s the lengths of all lines? My turbo is in standard location

That’s the turbo I will use (with actuator)

will be connected with Tuning Development manifold and decat for CT9 so it will be standard location ( same as OEM CT9 )

If its for a ct9 that sits in the stock position just use the original oil and water lines. My guide is for a TD04 🤦‍♂️

If its using a ct9 core the fittings are different. If its a td04 core then u need all the bits i mentioned in the original post. Will the oil feed be positioned facing straight up
