They are all run by a MR YOSHIYUKI FUJIKAWA who is a wanted con-man.

He lives in Tokyo, all his addresses are fake along with his numbers, The only things that are real are his email addresses, his bank account and the name yoshijuki fujikawa.

He has two kids, is a heavy smoker, sleeps very little, lives in coffee shops he loves star bucks because he cannot stay in one place as he may be caught, He also brought his THAI BRIDE WIFE lol.

Here is my story:

Some of you may remember a thread I started last year about a company called Mamiana Trading and that I was having problems with the car I brought. After a lot of time and research in to this company I managed to find enough info to take action.

I purchased the car 22/10/07 and did not receive it until the beginning of 08, About two days after buying the car I realized who this was so I immediately rang the bank and tried to withdraw the transfer unfortunately it was to late, I launched a fraud complaint with Barclays who tbh were useless took about 20calls before they took any action and that was only because I threatened them with legal action, So I got in touch with his bank SMBC unfortunately there English is not so good and neither is my Japanese, So I contacted the London branch who were very helpful, Mr. fujikawa at this point started to get worried and promised to send the car.

Over a month later the car arrived with a few problems it was delived to Liverpool instead of Southampton, He had not paid any shipping costs and was wanted by the shipping company, he had refused to send me My Bill of landing so I was unable to collect the car, He said he was going to sell the car to someone else and being that the car was sat at Liverpool docks for around 2months the storage charges would have been around £500, Lucky for me the shipping company were on my side and were actually only going to charge me £1 a day but I still had to pay the shipping costs which he refused to do.

I eventually received the B/L and collected the car which was as it should be but with a 4E not a 5E and here is the info that got me my car.

If you look on the internet you will find a plenty of unhappy people who have dealt with mamiana trading and to this day have never received a car, I've been in contact with people from all over the world, Spain, Hungary, NZ, USA, Canada as well as other places, He has no remorse for his actions what so ever, One guy meet him in Japan had a meal with Mr. fujikawa and his family then handed him over $60,000 for 10 Hilux pickups, guess what happened? He ran off with the money. He will play along with you the whole time and will promise your car, But you will never receive it he will use excuse like it was stolen or it broke and that he will find you another model and he will keep this going for months.

My car was on 3 of these sites, he most likely sold it to about 5-10 other people as well, He knows he cannot hide from me and knows his days are numbered, he will also read this thread and he knows that this will not stop until he pays me the money he owes, Apparently my money was sent 2months ago and it should go through very soon lol, DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.

I would also like to thanks Toby@toytunning who did what he could to answer anty quwstions i had and put up with me and John@DNA cars who did the same and even sent one of his guys in japan to the bank to try and sort it out, So thanks again guys and next time anyone thinks of importing themselves be aware and consider going to these guys instead.

Glad to hear there's another person with a less chance of scamming innocent people.

Scamming makes my blood boil, I have been going through a Police investigation for nearly 5 years over £500 that was stolen from me by a scammer. Unluckily for me I had a lot less to go by than you have and couldn't do things my own way.

I will post this on a couple of forums I'm on, they're not Jap ones but there's certainly a possibility that people would consider buying a Jap car on there.

Hopefully others will continue to spread the word til we can nail the fucker down.

Fair play to you for not giving up and trying your best to get what you can from him.

C**T thats all i have to say about people like this if i eva got my hands on some1 who cons me they will regret the day they were born, luckily i havent had this happen to me before and fingers crossed wont experience it. sorry for u guys that have and hope these people get what coming to em.

Thanks Guys, Best thing to do is send an email to one of these addresses and make out you are intrested in a car and see how long you can tag him along, ask for more pics, can he phone you, ect, ect and see how many emails you can get, I've done it from about 20 diffrent email addresses and I've even managed to get him to ring me for an hour while i made out i was intrested in an evo :( I've had over 100replys from him on the address he knows and my record from an unknown address is around 15

christ. i can totally see why your raging marcus. this guy seriously needs caught. surely the police could track him through a phonecall... if silver surfer managed to get him on for an hour...

Afraid you have seen to many movies mate they would be awesome but as far as they are conserned the criminal isnt in this county so they dont want to get involved, The japanese police dont want to get involved as i dont reside in japan And neither the English or Japanese consulates want to get involved either, So far the only way i know roughly where he is based is because i have tracked his emails and know of people who have meet him, I would have no second thoughts of taking things into my own hands I've i had the money to get over there and could find him, Id make sure he could never type again :(

I saw this a while back...believe it or not the track star (golden sleeper) came from his site. He lists cars on Yahoo from time to time.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. People think that because they are in a different company they can take the piss. Want me to send some boys over in Japan? :lol:

Nightspirit: Yeah that would be good mate send people out to teach him a lesson, He was talking about coming over here with his lawyers not so long ago so he could so me for saying these things about his buissness funnily enough he never followed it through lol The only problem is he is hard to find, I have just seen there is a trip to japan dec so maybe i could go on that :lol:

that one listed may just be one that he listed when it was available but hasn't taken down, so yeah, at some point he may have actually been selling it, however it may have still taken forever and a day :lol:

im sure your car was listed on hundreds of auction websites, thats how it works.
