Galliano
dependant on the size of the wheels..im about to lower my paseo on 15s with 195/50 tyres by 60mm... its gonna be fairly low as its not exactly a tractor now

keirz
thats -30 on cobra springs (15rims). not the best springs in the world to be honest but its a nice ride height. not to high or too low.

Tommy_G
mines lowered on -40 P.Is. ive only done springs, they can be a little bouncy, and make the car grind on a lot but it looks soo much betterlowerin the paseo on -60? are you mental? i know you dont drive yet but when you do you may regret that!...will look dam kool tho
Glanza_cl
kyb shocks etc say not to put spring lower than 30-40 mm on them, why cant you put lower on them, do shocks sit lower than the standard ones or are they the same height?
Glanza_cl
if you go too low then you go beyond the damper's effective range of operation, ruining the ride and wearing the unit out.-35mm is a happy medium. cool cheers for the info
Sparky
I am on coilovers lowered around 60mm maybe (pic doesnt do much justice, the front really cannot go any lower)I did try to lower the back to match but got a duff coilover on the one side -40mm is a nice drop although I would recommend uprated shocks because the standard ones will piss theirselves
Driver
im on stock shocks with tein springs (unsure on lowerage)and my shocks are letting go after bout 3k :S
GusArb
how good are tein springs?do they bump a lot? is it waay stiffer than stock springs?
Guest Enzo
no tein s-techs are slightly firmer than natural oe springs and the drop is also minimal
GusArb
no tein s-techs are slightly firmer than natural oe springs and the drop is also minimalso... lets say around a 30mm drop? will the stock shocks be ok with that kinda drop? or is it recomended to use aftermarket shocks? kyb maybe? Guest Enzo
no more than 35 mil is really recomended otherwise you will be bursting shox every few thousand miles, the kyb excel gs realy are just an oe shox, if you could get a hold of some climb gears thats a proper upgrade shox,or better still would be some koni yellows, thenyou could go lower than 40 mil bro

Glanza_cl
wow haven't seen this thread in a while!! lolI would ask some of the traders as they can send stuff over see's finding stuff in the usa might not be the easiest for the ep91.if you cant source anything over your way the only thing you can do is import some or order through a trader who would ship your way
