turbodreams Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 Whats the sort of going rate nowadays for wheel alignment, i was given a price of 75 quid plus vat. Its a well known garage right enough and their rep is unrivalled around scotland, however, 75 quid? Quote
Lee_EP82 Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 Last friday i payed £25 for all 4 wheels alligned at ATS.They also do a free check beforehand Quote
Jozinobi Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 The last time I got it done (4 wheel laser) was £40.They can charge you more at their discretion in some places.Joz Quote
turbodreams Posted October 6, 2008 Author Posted October 6, 2008 i know the guys work, he is brilliant at what he does, but i cant justify 75 + VAT, for it. Seems mad. Quote
Liam_D Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 We have like the best Alignment system going at work, and on a Glanza we would charge about £32.50 but thats only because the front end is adjustable and they dont have a rear camber or toe adjustment.£75 quid though, it sounds like they were trying to have your pants down. Neo Gold Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 Well...i use the Hoffman 4-wheel alignment centre at work almost every other day...& if any of the members here want there Starlets setting up properly...i'll do it for £20, & if you want to watch your welcome, there will be before & after printouts!!.Only for starlets though!!.. Great machine as it gives accurate measurement of rear thrust line & front setback angles, although this cannot be set, i can see if your car has had a bad past.Hit me up , i'm at leeds & can do this work as you wait on a saturday morning. As obviously they are not on the system, thanks, Dan. Quote

Its a great little bit of kit & all local Glanza owners are welcome !!. Quote
