Took me ages to just get one out Hold the outer ring of the screw and then unsrew the middle then it should come out a little, just enough for you to get your nails on to pry it out. Did mine yesterday. Then when you get the cover off all you have to do is rotate the connection on the bulb about 90 degrees and it should come out with the bulb attatched.
