as above, went to sort the tyre pressures yesterfay and i cannot for the life of me get them off. There properly stuck, i twisted as hard as i cud, didnt wana twist much harder as didnt wana reck the valve shaft. any ideas???

If they are plastic heat them up with boiling water pluss use to sets of grips so you can twist the top and keep the bottom still so you dont fuck the valve

i had this on my white ep91 set of grips on the cap and hold the valve with pair off grips then turn the cap should come off

This reminds me of my old job :p sounds random i know but my old boss was a complete gimp. So when i left i superglued up his tyre valves a treat! :)

Make sure the ones you have are not the security type that have a little grub screw in the side otherwise it will destroy the valves if you don't undo the little grub screw. Im sure they are not but just in case.

thats the frist thing i thought to be honest, i thought some little bitch had glued them on but one of them comes off easy as you like so dont think its that. good skeeming though.lol

this is my most hated job at work, if it dont budge with 2 pair of grips its 4 valves for you, plastic caps = great, metal caps = bad :)
