Technically, a strut brace (which is fixed to the tops of the struts via the existing bolts) stops the shock towers from flexing apart whilst cornering, and altering the steering geometry mid corner.

If the struts are held at a constant angle the car will corner that much more sure footed.

Earl is 99% correct, but they actually REDUCE flex, not STOP flex totally whilst cornering!

They each offer a minor improvement in handling, but if coupled all round with multiple applications you will have a much sturdier ride.

They are also 100% easy to fit for yourself too.

Do a search for strut brace as this topic has been covered before!

There you will find info on how to fit one as there is no point in me writing here again bro.

Expect to pay £50 for a standard gt/glanza one and £125+ for an aftermarket one.

Happy Hunting!

Peace Out

Joz
