riko666
Head over to here: Clicky, and get the discs for a 2002- Corolla Diesel - these are the discs that are being sold with Sanchez's Levin Caliper conversion I sold him, and the discs were about £85 delivered, new!280mm discs will fit without issue, and so will the calipers if they're not too high in profile

Marck glanza V
also cant seem to find grooved versions of those discs thanks marck
riko666
You can always have the grooves machined in separately (Hi-Spec charged me £50 I believe?) - as for the discs, I cannot remember which, but you can check the specifications, and it will be 280mm x 21mm with a 4x100 PCD
Marck glanza V
cool cheers the closest i can find are 275mm and 25mm thickness do you think they will be ok
riko666
I guess those are the ones then, the D1280 part number rings a bell - you have to check what the Peugeot calipers used too in terms of disc thickness, if they worked with a thicker disc they won't fit, if they worked with a thinner you may risk having the pads fall out. Marck glanza V
99% sure it was 25mm thicknesswill double check thoughthanks marck
Marck glanza V
ive just checked and it seems i have both measurements wrong its a 305mm disc with 28mm thickness
Marck glanza V
i have just had a quick search on the net and 280mm discs will be fine for the calipers so its just the thickness i need to worry aboutthanks for your help marck
Marck glanza V
also read up to put shims between the pad and the caliper if the discs arent thick enough do you think this is safe??

Keri-WMS
What you need is a brake disc geek, and luckily you guys have ME! The 277x25 discs from the WMS kit are one option, but as you say that are the wrong width. However if you are happy to run a 3mm (maybe you can get away with less) spacer between the disc and hub like the twin-pot setups people use have, and have a 55mm bore hub, I can supply:275x28 discs295x26 discs (but 15's will be either VERY tight, or won't fit...)Bung me a PM if this'll help! Even if you have 54mm bore hubs I have a way round that...
