Glanza Paint Code For Metalic Blue?

when i bought my sr it had already been resprayed in nissan metallic blue (tv2) and it wasnt done to the best of standards. now i have put the glanza bodykit on to the car, im having the whole car resprayed at the end of the month and im wanting to use a standard glanza paint code. however the only paint code i can find is for the purple/blue (8k9) paint but i thought they were made in metalic blue aswell? can anyone help cheers.

Glanzas never came in a metallic blue no, only the single shade of light blue but that wasnt metallic to the best of my knowledge.

the only metallic blues that were done were on the Soleil edition of the n/a EP91 which is the Mica Blue Metallic which is what my car is, and also the Caribbean Blue that Sparky's old N/a came in (there may be some obscure blue variations in some other euro countries, Galliano could answer that one).

I dont have a paint code for Sparky's Caribbean metallic blue, but my Blue Mica Metallic is 8L5.

Wait, what paint did Gaz use on his EP85? I guess thats not a standard Starlet colour?

They do come in that colour but they are very very rare!!! im not sure of the paint code though...new blue on here has that colour Glanza if you send him a PM he should be able to help you out

The colour above is purplish blue 8K9 (we need to update the photos in that thread).

Gaz's ep I think is painted subaru blue, it certainly isn't a toyota colour.

indeed, Gaz's is not a Toyota blue.

ah yes, i forgot about that blue Joel, so yeah, Glanzas came in two blues, neither of which are very common.

Whenever the time comes to get a re-spray on the GT, I'm tempted to go for the dark blue you see on Gen7 Celicas (same colour as Fensports Gen7 IIRC).
