riko666
if its a carburettor then it'd be a 4E-F...weird!

riko666
Turns out a lot of EP80's used this, including the X Limited, X, S, Soleil, and Soleil L, specs as follows:Max.power (Net), kw(PS)/rpm; 82 ps (60.31 kw) / 6400 rpmMax.torque(Net), N*m(kg*m)/rpm; 11.2 kg*m (109.83 N*m) / 3600 rpmFuel system; Electronically controlled carburetorCompression ratio; 9.
The_Notorious_C_A_T
Electronically controlled carb, that not mean single point injection?
riko666
Almost - single point injection still used a throttlebody and a solitary fuel injector, an Electronically Controlled Carburettor still uses a carburettor that is controlled by an ECU to a certain degree. And I thought Chevrolet was the last company to use a carburettor in its cars (up until 1989)!
Idrees
This is on my EP85 that the man himself is importing for me. I hope this doesn't mean I'll need to start messing with the fuel pipes when I convert her to boost?
Bean
I guess it will depend if there is an intank pump or a mechanical one in the bay. you might have to swap tanks??This is on my EP85 that the man himself is importing for me. I hope this doesn't mean I'll need to start messing with the fuel pipes when I convert her to boost?
