hi all

went into my local branch of '99p stores' and in the car cleaning/diy section found myself a little bargain

some blue xenon/ HID effect bulbs that fit the starlet (size H4)

after fitting i thought that there must be a catch, but no they both worked and although they were not as blue as i had hoped, they are brighter than my old bulbs as they seem to produce a much less yellow light, as most older cars without modern tech do.

just wanted to share my joy (simple things amuse simple minds!!!!)

They do look a lot better than stock bulbs :D

they really do, i had seen HID kits foor my car on ebay at about £60 and being only 16 can't afford to spend that much on a little thing like that.

i only tested these bulbs for the first time 20 mins ago, i could have made my lights brighter still but at 99p per bulb i can not moan. true value for money

I had some Emtech bulbs in mine when i first got it, and they were just too blue and looked gay. Plus they kept blowing.

Now i have HIDS and im certain ill put these on every car im gonna own.
