Cossie's are nice but I feel that Ford's are always way over-hyped. There are plenty of Evo's and Impreza's for example that are "better" but no one seems to be bothered about them.

i sort of understand your point about them being overhyped

looking into the heritage of cosworth developed cars compared to other brands.

ive always viewed fast fords as being special, with home grown hardware in the cosworth examples to take on the japs with.

the escort in different guises is the most successfull rally car ever. so add a cosworth version to that heritage + getting giant slaying power is just as easy.

the chassis is totaly different to a normal escort being slightly longer and based on the seira running gear.

the seiria cosworth is also a very well respected car in motorsport, if it was not for the r32 skyline gtr steeling its glory.

how are evos and imprezas better? do you mean in a tuned sense or better overall as they are bristling with new technology?

nope, there are plenty more cars from the group B era i would pick before a 6R4. dont get me wrong, engineering wise, theyre quite special, but there just not for me.
