aaddzz123
Hi all! Right. When I first start the car it seems to run perfectly fine at 1krpm. However, when it starts to warm up and I've given it a big toe or two, it starts idleing at about 2k... Sometimes it goes up to just over 2 and dips down to 1.5 and back up and back down over and over again...I've tried two ICVs although both have broken "tabs" on the copper bit inside. After cleaning them they work better for about 5 minutes and then it starts doing it again... I've replaced the pipe that comes off it as well just to confirm there were no splits in the pipe..... Anyone know what else it could be or had similar problems?Cheers.Adam.

aaddzz123
Coolant temp sensor, noticed mine idle high when warm when I had air in the system??Funny you should say that mate! Heaters don't work either and I'm changing the stat and flushing the system tomorrow .If that doesn't do the trick then I'll have a go at sealing the body to the inlet again and see if that solves the problem .Cheers guys! I'll keep you updated
