Bean
4x4 mpg isnt as good as the fwd starlets, due to the extra transmission components slightly extra weight, and the fact that you are always sitting higher in the rev range in them.
Steve GT
edited first post mate so it is now the first and not the second oh and i hope your thinking 4x4 turbo starbo
Raz
Well thats another joy short lived. I was looking at cars to possibly import such as some old school bullet proof Diesel Toyotas, and then i came across a EP95. But i think if its worse MPG then fwd N/A then i won't be getting a 4WD N/A. And thanks for editing the Post mate! No box was displayed where i am suppose to write into lol
Guest Enzo
Liannes getting hi thirties in her 95. We got 41 on a run to the don but that was 55 all the way cause of the weather, the mpg totaly drops off at 70 and up
Raz
think i'll give this idea a pass then. I'm trying to get a 2.0 corolla turbo diesel if i can sell my glanza.
anup67
All depends on your daily route, mines a stop start journey and mainy city driving, and i get about 30mpg, both in my starlet 1.3 and golf 1.
Raz
yh, mine is different driving style! Won't be good for me though hence why i am going diesel again for 4th time now.
bucketep91
mines decent on fuel tbh buy 1 mate there great fun stop worrying about fuel costs
scutch0
I'm with streetracer on this... I worked out the other day that I was getting 35-40 mpg outta my Glanza nearly 50 mpg outta my na... You guys have got it so easy, start complaining about mpg when you have a thirsty car! The supe will do low 20's or if you're booting it high teens! And that's a 3.0 n/a!! Raz
i'm not complaining, its not ideal car for the miles i do, looking for something with better motorway miles and so i don't have to do fucking 50mph to get decent mileage
Amjad
Get a VAG diesel, our Leon is awesome on fuel especially motorway!
