this car just takes the piss

man this car gets on my tits!!! ive yet to see a day where im not fixing something! id planned to start fresh in 2011 and do big things etc make the car look and go well. get RW-Developments alot bigger with great parts etc which will happen but so far this cars taking up all my time

problems over the last month

icv is playing up its eaten 2 front wheel bearings eaten 2 front tires in weeks, the exhaust with no flexi is that savage its snapped all my exhaust rubbers all the metal hangers off the car etc, my tires keep going down, last night a fuse nearly set on fire and ive got a little hole in my new civic rad, which luckily i can re-weld at work.

it now seems my bottom ball joints that I replaced at the beginning of the month are knocking (could be something else)?? my rear suspension is leaking slightly, I put the ct9 on and after a day split the oil feed pipe loosing all my oil, then I fixed it at work and it did the same again and I lost more oil,

the oil now fixed I now have more problems boost leaks! so I fixed them today took it a few meters up the road ........ top boost hose pops off so i put it back on start it up there's now a tapping noise coming from the side of the engine by the cam belt but there's no pattern to the tapping just random? so yet again more messing tmoz, there's also a phat line of oil going down my road!!

Dude sounds exactly like my old n/a spent days fixing it and not actually modifying it. Was fucking annoying but had to be done as i loved that car and liked to keep it mint.

said it before and i'll say it again. Starlets are cunts mate! Its just something we have to put up with.

cheers for the nice comments, tbh I think the 0 offset wheels are not helping! but I refuse to change them ill be getting more mental wheels over the years to come. ill just have to stock up on wheel bearings and bottom ball joints lol

bit of good news but very strange the engine tapping from yesterday.... ive found the problem basically ive got no cam belt cover on at the top because my clear 1 broke, well bad idea as I managed to spot what only I can describe as a tiny bit of a paper clip or something similar has stuck into my cam belt so when its spinning this little bit of metal was tapping on my tensioners lol. took it out now its fine

new problem to replace the old lol clutch release bearing is being loud and the car is over boosting like mad sounds like anti lag. so next plan is sort this by winding my hks actuator down then increasing the boost with my mbc because the mbc wont lower the boost when the actuator is set higher ????? stupid car B)
