BigMan Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 the jam ecu wont have the 180km limiter Quote
jackjohno Posted February 24, 2011 Author Posted February 24, 2011 it goes off the clock now to 200km then hits a limeter then it comes bak to 180 thats just with a jam fcc Quote
BigMan Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 yeah the jam ecu removes that so you wont need the jam fcc Quote
jackjohno Posted February 24, 2011 Author Posted February 24, 2011 ive seen the pair of tthem together before on pics can i leave it on or will i have to take it off before i fit the ecu ??? Quote
DavidAshton Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 fcc is a fuel cut controller not a speed limit defender. It will need to be removed before the JAM ecu is fitted. Quote
jackjohno Posted February 24, 2011 Author Posted February 24, 2011 Cheers for that is it easy to do do u no ??? Quote
Socks Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 yeh remove the fuel cut defender first then use the ecu! ;) flog the defender, recoop some £££ Quote
jackjohno Posted February 24, 2011 Author Posted February 24, 2011 How much do u think its worth that then ??? Is it easy to remove? cheers dude =) Quote
Idrees Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 Around £50, yeah it's easy to remove. Chop the wire that are connected to it, then reconnect the original wires. Make sure they are all soldered and covered up nicely though! Quote
