Idrees
had a really hard time when i gutted my catalist,,,to many bolts to handel had to write everything on paper It's not that bad! As above, I'd personally remove the turbo and decat/cat too. Makes things easier!
Lukew360
Fitted mine on the weekend, I won't lie it's not easy lol Start by removing your radiator, gives you loads more room and doesn't take long. Then remove the efi pipe off the turbo - you need long nose pliers for the clip and can access that from underneath the car. While your under there undo the 2 bolts on the oil feed pipe and take off the oil return hose. The hardest bolt on the manifold is the bottom left nut, we removed the bracket on the power steering pump so we could access it. And as above like the others have said, just leave the turbo and decat/cat together and lift it out as one unit. Just undo the 3 bolt flange on the exhaust. I replaced my gasket from manifold to block with a genuine Toyota one.Hope this helps, good luck
t-j-wilson Glanza V
Couple of bolts are a right pain in the arse! But it's not too bad, just soak the bolts in WD40 the night before and throughout doing it.This may help you alsoo:http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/forums/showwi...t+the+wastegateTobie
