the_sly_EP
SSQVs can't be adjusted - try taking the fin out
Liam_D
I have a SSQV and it has the screw on the back to change the tightness of the spring to adjust the sound. But it never changes the sound but i thought thats because the spring was screwed? Maybe they just cant be adjusted?
Dean @RW-Developments
thats right with the ssqv 1st gen they have an adjusting bolt in the back but it doesnt do a fat lottop tip) if you want this to make a difference the bolt is m6 fitment and all you need to do is use a longer m6 bolt. the more you screw it in the more you compress the sping so it will make it chatter on lower revs but chirp higher up the revs, have a play with some different lengths of bolts Dean
