evening,

iam from the hampshire area, and own a sr-starlet. will upload some pics tommorow. its black and currently unmodified with the standard tte spoiler, backbox and speedlines.

here is a pic of my starlet. thanks for all the 'welcomes' and iam sure i will need some advice as iam not familiar with starlets. first plan, a polish and service including, oil change, oil filter, brake pads and cambelt.

tommorow is its big day, taking it into work for a good polish and service. then i'll start on the mods, got quite a few ideas already.

car looks alot better now with a good polish will post pics tommorow. out of interest, what engine conversions are available with the starlet, celica lump?

The easiest engine to stick in a N/A is the 4EFTE which is originally found in the Starlet GT and Glanza.

Comes stock with £133bhp. (1332cc Turbocharged)

that does sound tempting but you can pick up celica's for around £300. i imagine the turbo charged engine is slightly rarer. has no one attempted the 2ltr conversion?
