After doing a few bits with Adz and then trying out my skills on smaller parts I had a go at a full respray and it was quite fun.

I cheated though and used satin paint so it didnt need the lacquer but the paint job cost me £60. It was on a car I bought on ebay for £600 as a stop gap after that silver one. It had been cut back for a vinyl wrap as the paint was shit so It was just begging for it.

(sorry still no starlets but you get the idea)

When I got it it was a beat up old sorry silver.

When I finished it was a lovely smooth satin white.

Ha! I'm quite gutted that I never saw the mk1 you had. I remember Robbie telling me and Tom that you'd got a mk1 and painted it on your drive LOL. Isn't Grez on about buying it now for his track days?

Nice to see you post again :).

It's in his garage now. We bought it, ragged it around blyton and he fell in love with it.

I only come on here to check what you are doing with your car. I stopped coming on when the whole UKSC thing kicked off, It is the first time I have logged in on 'O'.
