QUADLIGHT GT Posted October 21, 2011 Share Posted October 21, 2011 as above i'm wanting to know how to remove alternator pulley???? - so i can fit my new anodised one on there..theres a bolt on the pulley but just spins the whole pulley it self which is confusing :Shopefully u guys who have brought these anodised pulleys from the group buy wud be able to help me Thanks! aaddzz123 Posted October 21, 2011 Share Posted October 21, 2011 Wrap the pully in a big sock or something equally as soft and put the pully in a vise.... Will hold it still nicely . Just be careful putting the other one on lol!.... Failing that, a much better option would be an impact air gun, your local garage would probably whip it off and put the new one on for free if they're not too tight.
