ttestarlet Posted December 25, 2011 Posted December 25, 2011 Bought this a couple of months ago as a project. It had no mot, good spec with everything fitted but badly done. Quick Spec:Oem Full Recaro InteriorOem LSDExcedy ClutchTial External Wastegate 0.5 bar springWepr Power Up KitWepr FMICSARD FPRJam FCCHKS SSQVSince then I've replaced rear brake balance valve, machined a plug for were the internal wastegate was and braised it in and ported the inside of the hot side smooth. Replaced both crank oil seals, fitted a 3.7kg flywheel, Lightwieght crank pulley, New excedy friction plate, release bearing, gear oil. Seam welded parts of the engine bay and fitted everything back together properly. It was a shambles before with parts missing and bolts missing everywere.I plan to get a hybrid ct9, uprated fuel pump and pick a ecu in the new year. Quote

ttestarlet Posted December 26, 2011 Author Posted December 26, 2011 Theres no problem buying a car with no mot as long as youve took into account how much you'll end up spending and I think its better because all the parts ive fitted are the way I like it. I fitted lightwieght torx style wheel nuts too, itll help keep rotating mass down along with the other lightwieght parts Quote
