knocking noise from nearside front wheel

i get a knocking noise from the front nearside wheel when turning right. its not tool loud. is it the bearings and how dangerous if i continue to drive it like dat a bit more. also is it easy to fix?

I would defo say cv joint if it only knocks when turning.

my front offside has just started to knock .... are the CV joints difficult to replace??

^^ if you have the right tools then they are not difficult to replace. the hardest bit it getting the hub nut off.

If its more of a clicking then yeah it'll be the CV joint. As said above, realitively easy to replace the CV joint although I just changed both shafts when mine went because I found some cheap lol.

If its more of a banging then it'll either be trackrod end or ball joint.

Best bet is to move the wheel side to side as hard as you can (the actual wheel not steering wheel lol) and get a friend to put their hand over the joints to see if any have play

Jack the car up dude and give the wheel a shake just check its not the bearing befor u go buying cv joints

Track rods knock

Botton Ball joints knock

Dampers knock

Could be any of the 3 that knock...By anychance have you checked to make sure the big main bolt on the suspension strut it nice and tight?
